Skype betnation.binu resolves to India and I know for a fact there's a vader/scammer from the account rentals from the same location so I doubt it's coincidental.

His skype also suggests he's trying to associate himself with Betnation and I doubt he's related to them in any way.

 

It really looks like they may be the same person. But the ingame character looks different, the RSN is definitely different too.
