Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!:

Long story short I've been trying to buy some rspspk, and the bastard funnyboy scammed me 20m earlier. Mind you I wasn't paying attention to the fresh account silly me. Anyways he made 2 new accounts after funny got banned, and started posting in the rsps market section.

Here is when I found a "omm" because he needed that because I would not go first. The person who originally scammed me asked for a omm just like him, things didnt add up. After I finally got 2 omm's he freaked out and left

Also I think this is another one of his accounts, it's a fresh account asking for the same rates. He talks the same way, replied to his own threads, and it was created today. I was talking to him on skype, but he stopped responding after I said I had a omm. Very odd similarities my goal is to get this cheap scheming bastard off sythe so nobody else will get scammed.
