[League of Legends related] Mardoude - refusal to complete boost

NOTE: This is not a "scam" report in the traditional sense - Mardoude and I are simply looking for a moderator third party to solve our dispute.

    Scammer's profile link: http://www.sythe.org/members/439141-mardoude.html
Explanation of the trade: D5 to D5 60lp eloboost for $35
How they scammed: Stopped at 49lp on account of low lp gains.

    TL;DR
Mardoude says his booster stopped boosting my account because of low LP gains, supposedly 13lp from the first win (which occurred after only one loss), and an average MMR gain throughout the boost of 15 when I had claimed anywhere from 16-20.

I think that the lower LP gains are caused by both a) duoq with a lower ranked player lowering the average MMR of the match (causing less LP for a win), and a 2-4 record to start off the boost. Regardless, I provided the proof screenshots of the last 3 wins being an average LP gain of greater than 16, which is what I had claimed.
Additionally, I make the statement that even with high LP gains, a 2-4 record at 0lp will almost certainly result in the account remaining at 0lp, albeit at lower MMR. After the 2-4 record on my account and my account obviously at 0lp, I say that the next 3 wins are the only ones that will matter in terms of LP gains because everything before that is nullified (and these 3 wins are verified by both parties to have an average gain of +16.3)
I believe a difference between an average 15lp gain and 16lp gain is meaningless as the probability of stopping right on 99lp is very low - especially when the wins which lower the LP gain average are surrounded by losses which would bring the account to 0lp anyways.

Finally, I think it's unfair to arbitrarily set a price that my $35 would go towards 50lp (49 actually) when I had wanted 60. It's unreasonable to assume that I would want to accept the offer of $35 for 50lp without even consulting me first, when it was known from the second game of the boost that my lp gains were supposedly too low. For a 1lp gain difference (as the booster states my average lp gain is 15, and if I had +16 gains then I would qualify for the $35 price for 60lp), proportionally the +15lp/+16lp difference should mean that I qualify for 56lp. I don't see where the seemingly random 49lp stop came from.

But hey, that's where our differences lie - hoping you guys can help solve it.

Note the first 4 games (the second screenshot) were played duoq with a platinum 2 player. LP gains for the 5 wins are 13, 13, 14, 18, 17 according to the booster (only the 17lp gain can be proven with a screenshot)

[League of Legends related] Mardoude - refusal to complete boost

    In response to: http://www.sythe.org/report-scammer...-related-mardoude-refusal-complete-boost.html

Hi sorry for the late response.
Indeed we are simply looking for a 3rd party to help with this dispute. That is all.

Recap of issue from my point of view:

    Intended:
-He paid for DV 0 -> DV 60
-Said he would gain between 16-20 LP.
-Agreed upon $35 price. (Determined based upon available champion pool + LP gains.)

    Outcome:
    -LP Gains after 5 wins = 13, 13, 14, 18, 17; Average of 15.
-My booster finishes the boost at ~50 LP because of LP gains.
    -Client demands partial refund.

    My Response:

No refunds + Must have required LP gains.

Lets go with 16 minimum rather than 17 for his benefit. 13 =/= 16
    13-18 (15 avg) compared to 16-20 (18 avg)

    tl;dr
    Agrees to terms and conditions.
    Does not qualify.
Receives partial service for partial payment.

This is the first time I've ever had an issue with my boosting service, unsure how to deal with it.
The both of us have our own opinions but I feel as if I'm correct as I made him agree to the ToS before he paid for the service.

    Somewhat unrelated but directed @Sentry
My boosters and I do this all the time with much bigger gaps between the two accounts. Eg; Gold 1 Duoq with a Gold 5 but nothing LP related has ever happened in the past. In this case here Diamond 5 duoq with a Plat 2 who actually has Diamond MMR should not be a problem at all (I proved this to you via skype a few days ago). Its much more likely that you account just had low MMR to begin with as proved with the 2nd game only providing +13 LP.

Completely disagree. Time spent on the account is not nullified at all and those 6 games count toward the entire boost. As stated earlier the LP gains were 13, 13, 14, 18, 17. If those games were nullified your account would currently be at 40 lp (13+13+14) with the three consecutive wins. MMR does not/should not decay, it should only be changed (in this case improved) by actually playing games.

Did mardoude state anywhere to you that he wouldn't duo your account? From everything I've read, you stated your LP gains to be something higher than they were, and thus 60 LP at a price of $35 was agreed upon. Your LP gains weren't as high as you said, and thus they stopped at 50. If you stipulated your gains were lower, I'm certain they would get you to 60 LP, but at a higher cost.

From what I can see, Mardoude is in the clear. If you can provide proof of Mardoude saying he wouldn't duo, then we can re-evaluate this.
