10/10 on Explanation
6/10 on actual money making

You go on too much about the time and a good merchante and use real life examples, but RS isn't real life, and you can't really take an average time value for selling something, because it could take a second to forever to sell anything. So I recommend you elaborate on more of how to buy and how to sell instead. For Example, when you have a buyer you always try to offer a low decent price but not rip off cause if your buying it then some1 else is probably buying it as well, so you say to them a price where if you sell it for higher you would make a decent profit. And also that when someone says hes got a buyer who offered x amount of gp, say "okay, guess I'm out" usually these people are lying to get more gp out of you and will send you a message back in 3-5 mins saying that either the buyer logged, or the buyer was lying. To sell something in bulk: use forums, helps alot, and when selling more of 1 item do W2 and Forum checking back and forth.
