account problem

Hi, when i try and log into my account i keep getting this mesage:

I cant access anything apart from that message, ive tried using the contact us option at the bottom of the page a couple of times but i;ve heard nothing in reply.

Contact email and email the account is registered to is [email protected].

 

There's no way for you to recover this account, please make a new one.
