Question about CSGO Purchase

In steam it says 14.99$. thats one time purchase or monthly sub. and do people sell the game as gift for 07 gp in sythe? because i just created a steam acc to try csgo, i might buy the game for 07 gp if its one time purchase not monthly.

 

It's a one time purchase, You can check for people selling a copy of the game in the CSGO market section (R2 sells copies for $9.99)

 

R2pleasent sells the gift copy i believe, also it's a one time purchase.

it's only a one time purchase however like stated above there are numerous others who will sell for cheaper
