I have £15.39/$23.83 leftover on Steam.
The way this is going to work is that you list a cheap skin on the market for the price of £15.39/$23.83, I will then buy that skin for that price. This ensures we don't encounter trade bans ect. If you do not have a cheap skin I have one to spare which I can trade you so that you can list it.

Lets say the buying rate for gold is $1.45/M, this would make the balance worth 16.2M or there abouts. Due to the Steam tax and fact that it is Steam currency and not money that can be taken out of Steam then I'd be willing to swap for a lower amount of gold.

Now lets take the Steam Tax into account. The Steam tax on £15.39/$23.83 will leave you with £13.36/$20.68.

Now $20.68 can get you roughly 14.2M. Again, due to the fact that it's balance on Steam and not real money I'll be willing to accept even lower than that.
