Chargedback in Paypal

I have recently been chargedback in Paypal and he paid in goods. Do you have any experience fighting disputes? I'm looking for advice.

What are the chances of me winning with screenshots of all of the trades and his skype conversation?

And what shall I do to increase my chances of winning?

 

Mention that it's a virtual good. Paypal will side with you most of the time if you say you are a virtual goods business, as there is no way for the buyer to prove he did not receive the goods.

Next time ensure the buyers always pay with family and friends, although this can be chargebacked too.

I have a proof of pm him saying I'm talking to him on skype with his skype name. I will escalate his name to the scamming thread as well when I have dealt with the dispute.

This is funny actually because I've asked a mod here to search his old sythe account which got banned. It was banned because of scamming. I should have listened to my guts and stopped trading. Instead, I traded with him again today and that's when he charged me back with 2 - 700M RS3 Gold trades.

 

Hey buddy, I'd advise escalating this and provide all relevant proof you might have obtained during the trades. I would advise giving any screenshot proof of you handing the gold over to the purcahser, any relevant screenshots of your Skype (or other handle) conversations. I'd also go ahead and make a scam report here first, get the user banned, and then link that to the claim to prove to PayPal the user was banned for scamming you on this website. I have done as said above and won numerous claims before, this shouldn't be any different.

 

Thanks! I do have all necessary screenshots. I actually gave him more gold than asked because I'm so nice. He even charged me some fees when I told him not to. Brutal scammers these days.

I've done a scamming report as well per your advice. I will wait for its verdict then link that banned account to my claim.

Thanks but I see a problem with the that. First of all, if the buyer has already received the goods, he will not fill those form because he has already got what he wanted.

Sure will! I am just waiting for my scammer reports here on sythe to be verified so I have more proof before I make a claim.

 

you have to give every piece of information you have and anything beneficial to your case and present it to faithfully show you were in the right. that is your best bet
