reporting a scammer *enemy*

pretty obvious he has scammed me with the screenshots
but I said I would go first after awile and I did he got info and such then after he changed info he demanded a recovery test so I gave him info then he said is was denied yet would not show a screenshot of it saying it was denied then repeatedly said he would give account back but dident

but I believe even if he gave account back he should be banned because he has the recovery info and would just recover it back off me then he offerd to pay me rsgp and I said I cant I have no other accounts I would like the paypal money like we agreed on before he kept demanding more and more and more then just blatently scammed me never gave account back in end anyways now he is trying to sell the account to somebody else on the forums

I think I added all the screenshots but if I missed any let me know and I can go back and take them thank you

I removed the link on your first post because it included details that shouldn't be revealed to the public.

A recovery test would never have worked. Not when he's from another country. There is a small possibility he had success, but it's so small I wouldn't even worry about it. The best thing he can do, provided the details are right, is get the account locked. If you haven't been paid and he has no plans of paying, recover the account.

I've also banned him as a precaution as he attempted to sell the account he hasn't even paid for yet.

Can you also open Skype on a computer and scroll all the way down (make sure scroll bar is visible), then take a screenshot of the last conversation between you 2.

I don't mind if I lose the account aslong as hes banned like he is blatently scamming and this kind of thing isent reported much don't know how many others he has done it to but I will try to recover but thank you

because obviously he was just a scammer why else would he completely change the deal we made? and keep saying he will give me the account back but dident

 

the deal was for paypal
then when he got info the deal changed and he demanded recovery test
then he denyed it worked yet wouldent prove then said he would give the account back but dident then he said he will pay rsgp and I said I couldent accept that then he never replyed he is all over the place he never stuck with one thing if that makes sense? its like arguing with a person with multiple personalitys because what he says changes every 5 seconds
