The account MUST come with with the following:
-All previous passwords
-Date the account was created
-IP+ISP used to create the account (if available)


The account MUST have at least:
-40 attack
-60 strength
-60 ranged
-25 magic

i have one, 62 str, 63 range 63 magic 77 hunter, and other various skills, but only 33 attack! would only want 10m for this acc because it does have a bot busting minor on it.
