Buying F2P range/2h PKER

I'm looking to buy an accout with the following stats:

-40 attack
-60-80 strength
-1 defense
-60-80 range
-1 prayer

I have an account with 40 attack, 60 strength, 65 range, 65 magic, 55 hitpoints, 1 defence, and 1 prayer. The account also has 47 quest points as it is a member. It comes with mithril gloves and unholy book. The accounts total level is around 650. It's a great F2P pure, with members benefits and skilling. Slide in the DM's if interested.
