    I don't think you need creatine as a beginner. Creatine increases the amount of water your muscles can hold, in effect making your muscles look more full. I'd start adding that into my diet at least a month into training. Plus, it can get pretty expensive. Whey protein is a must have though, but workout drinks can't be your only source of protein. Try to eat more home-cooked meals that include beans, rice, meats etc. Try to eat like 5 meals a day, you must fuel your muscles, or they'll just have to take nutients from some other part of your body

    Watch what you eat man, try to really eat clean. Leave all the cookies, cakes, and sodas for the birds. It's over man if you want to look good. If you don't eat clean, you'll be making gains and you won't even be able to see them because fat will be covering it.

    Diet and excersize are about 50/50 so keep that in mind
