Dont have access to my old email

I've tried to log into my account "Ashleyyyy" and it prompts me to change my password as its older than January 2015. I don't remember the email address linked to the account and probably dont have access to it either

Could you please allow me to setup a new email address I have access to so I can change my password?

Sorry Roary I dont have access to that email address ... is there any other way I could regain access to my account?

I'm sure people who I've traded with in my vouches could verify its me...
And my IP addresses should be similar also...
