Playerauctions is a joke website please read

So i sold random item on PA ive waited 2days to process payment and today i should have money on Skrill. I had nothing so i contact live chat and thats what they said:

FUCKING UNREAL. Please someone make website similiar to PA

Because PlayerAuctions is located in China, they are most likely celebrating national day which extends as far as a week. I'd give it some time.

 

PA has gone downhill, I stopped using it like a month ago, their staff is a joke tbh

 

Pa is a terrible site and I would highly recommend staying away,I know this may hurt them with this post if ppl see it (lol), but if you want to stay out of trouble and don't want to wait weeks for your order/stuff then you should probably follow it.

 

They site is a joke. I will never deal on that site ever again. I used to purchase heaps of gold off that site, when I was younger, and all of a sudden they changed their way their processed the payments. They need me to nearly supply every piece of personal information, including driver licenses, date of birth certificates to power/internet bill to be able to confirm who I am. After send through my stuff, they need to see that the card that I used for the payment was in my name, so I sent that, and then after I have sent all this, they said they still needed more. Plus they said they couldn't be sure it was me, and that the photos of the information I supplied was not clearer enough. So I cancelled the order of 10m... and will never go back..

 

This isn't PA specific, a lot of Chinese sites are only partially operational during major holidays.

But I do agree with the general sentiment, I stay the fuck away from PlayerAuctions.

 

I would try to show a little sympathy, they work very hard over there.

 

Lmfao honestly i love playerauctions and have literally had 10x less problems on there compared to sythe. i use Playerauctions for everything i can. the only reason i use sythe is cuz theres things i can get here that you cant get there tbh.

 

No1 is forcing you to use PA.
If you want more secure and don't mind waiting for it, then use PA.
If you're in a hurry and want to risk scam (if trading with untrusted users) then stay away from it.

 

PA is a good website for making sure you do not get scammed. I use to use it to sell RSGP, but now I just use other legit websites that send the payment straight away.

 

they've been a joke to me for a while now and the fee's they charge don't reflect on their customer service, with those fee's we should be talked to respectfully and our problems should be fixed quick. i would never use them anyways

You know the arrangements prior to using PA, so if you're in such a hurry then don't use their services to begin. When you get a full time job, you'll be taking holidays too.

 

PA has always been trash in my experience. Ive avoided using PA at all costs.

 

I've had to wait 9 days for mine in total, still have just over 2 days left until i receive my money even though they already have my account, makes sense doesn't it...They said it's because i had buyers protection when i know i took it off lol!

 

I thought this was based in the netherlands or something not China..

Ive used it quite a few times but I can see where problems may occur during needing support :L

 

Yeah I've had a lot of issues with PA in the past as well + they charge ridiculously large fees. Which is why I just normally stay away from PA.

 

I don't use PA anymore either. charge a big middleman fee, hate waiting for the money to come into my account and personally think their customer service sucks.
