Buying Quested acc with 90+ Thieving

Im looking for acc with 90+ thief, legends, plagues end and 70+ in combat stats.

offering 50m rs3 or osrs gp equal to that.
and bonus 10m if the acc had collectors insignia.

not buying from new people unless throwing away the account cheap.
