Yes. Definitely this would be a good rule. But the only problem would be that:

Really, It's VERY simple for THE REAL MM to pm you on sythe to verify that it's a real MM.. Otherwise the poor MM's how actually did get their MSN's Hacked would have Millions in debt because of that incident. Also to add that they'd be banned... This would be completely sad if they enforce such a rule.

But, what about the people who WILL abuse this? You know, the ones who will "prove" that they scammed, or hack their msn, and make it so they have screen shots.. what about catching those people...? THey are essentially getting free money.

Deacon has a good point. If there's a rule that MM's, mods, and admins will get banned unless they pay back the people scammed, it will get abused. You'd only have to be mildly experienced with photoshop to fake it.

I think it made a better rule of thumb without being posted.

 

if you have to pay back the items scammed and you don't have them because you are poor then what? so basically you would be giving everything you had to someone when you didn't do anything to deserve it...
