which is the same as his current skype name.

Then goes on to post his skype name here: http://www.sythe.org/8871797-post1.html

Although, the skype isn't exactly the same (note the full stop between the first and last name and spelling of smoak/smaok) I believe this should be enough to warrant a ban.

 

IPs aren't a match and searching jake.smoak on Skype lists a couple of jake smoaks. Doubt anyone's stupid enough to ban evade and create a nearly identical Skype. Have to give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
