Hacked account

Hi,

I'm disputing a ban I have received, A hacker gained access to my account last night and got involved with the user 'Clock' I had no acknowledgement of this taking place until this morning when I was added by Clock on Sythe, I have now been banned as I refuse to pay for some other scumbag's actions, here are my reasons.

First of all, I would understand repaying 'Clock' if he had lost any money, However he has lost nothing, I have had a whole day of proving my innocence and losing an account which I put time and effort into maintaining reptutation, and donating for which I thought and still think is the best site for trading. Now I'm expected to suffer even more by paying for another's actions? I understand that this is a sythe rule, However how can I abide by a rule if I had no idea it existed as I have never betted on sythe, and it is invalid as I would never use that section.

Finally, It's like saying to someone well you should have expected someone to break into your home, now you have to pay for all of the goods they have stole, That's what insurance is for but none the less it's still a valid comparison.

"If your Sythe account (or any other account like Powerbot, Runescape etc) is hacked, and the hacker scams with that account, your Sythe account will be banned. You must reimburse all scammed members before the staff will consider unbanning you."

Clock won the dice roll between him and the person on your account and didn't get paid. I would consider that a scam. You are responsible for the security of your account. If you want to get unbanned, you will have to pay Clock the amount won.
