How they scammed: Didn't pay out $40 after losing a dice duel and now claiming they were hacked

Claming they were hacked after I added them on skype, don't know if they're just trying to get out of paying $40 by saying they were, mods can check IPs right, and if he was hacked would he still be liable to pay?

Furthermore this hacker explained that I do not use paypal in the sythechat that they had, even though that all of my trades are done through paypal which is shown on majority of my vouches that state that I went first and payed via paypal, Even Clock himself questioned if it was a hacker or not in the sythechat, Finally I have only ever used the CS:GO, Steam, or Graphics market on sythe. Which can be seen by looking at my previous posts, I hope this helps, and if you need any further information from me, do not hesitate to ask.
