Help Me Pick Out PC Parts?

So I'm building a PC I'm going to use for multitasking and streaming games like CS:GO. I want the PC to be able to run new games and be able to stream older games like CS:GO. I have a 700$ ish budget. (Give or take like 200$) I don't need a monitor or OS, this is purely a PC build. If someone wants to sell me parts/pc, or make suggestions on what parts are good, that would be great.

I need the best specs for my buck if I'm going to be streaming. I'm going to use a TV to start with, then expand to 2 monitors.

    theres this build.

Main difference is the GPU being GTX 980 vs R9 390 8GB.

mind you, the 200$ difference is only roughly 10-15% gain GPU-wise

edit: yes, AMD is well-known for being power-hungry / keeping your room warm

if you can spare the money, i'd go for the build with the GTX980 personally

I would definitely love to go for the GTX build, but I have no choice but to go with the AMD for a while. Will these builds stream decently for me though? My main concern was spending a lot of money on something that I can't stream with.

if all you want to stream is CS:GO the R9 is really overkill, you'll get like 300 fps on max settings. but R9 390

on 1 1080p monitor, the R9 390 should have no problem running any recent AAA games on high/max settings

Keep in mind, streaming is also very dependant on your internet connection, you need decent upload to be able to stream fluently

For your budget you'll struggle with more modern games. However, as others have suggested for CS:GO you'll not need that great of a deal of performance to make the game playable.

I'd suggest picking out a decent x79 motherboard and build from that. Perhaps you could find a second hand GPU on craigslist/gumtree to get a powerful card within budget. Though, I do think a 970 is running for pretty cheap new now. You'll never need more than 2GB vram for CS:GO unless you're playing in a super-high resolution.

I'm not planning on streaming triple A games with my budget. His build should be good. I ordered everything but the case he suggested, I got a different one of those.

Accountshop, I bought the 8GB build and bought this case instead of the one you had on there: Corsair Graphite Series 230T Orange with Window Compact Mid-Tower Computer Case (CC-9011038-WW) and 2 monitors.

    Thank you for your help!
