Nitroblast R16

Hey, does anyone here have nitroblast working for cinema 4d r16? when i download it from somewhere and set it up correct (i think) it just doesnt appear in the plugins menu. Would appreciate some help, if you get it to work i could do some work for you or send you some good resources.
