Soon the preparation of Skins Galore will be started. However, in order to have the most effective and user-friendly
website a few assets are required. A few roles will need to be taken up and they are (the responsibilites of each role will
be explained later on in the thread):

• Investor
• Website Developer - WE NOW HAVE A WEBSITE DEVELOPER: http://community.mybb.com/user-26592.html.
• Graphics Designer
• Live Support Operator

What do we need from the investor?

• In order to get stock - keys, skins, accounts, game copies - we need money. A percentage of ALL profits made will
  be gone to the investor, considering the amount of money they have put forward to help the business start.
• There are also expenses to be paid, for example web hosting.

What is required of the website developer?

• Must have extensive knowledge of html, php, databases and web applications.
• Must know how to do both front-end and back-end programming, and/or know someone that can do the one they can't.
• Must be efficient with time and get work done when they are told to.

What is required of the graphics designer?

• Must complete orders given in a designated time frame.
• All work must be completed to the best of your abilities.

What is required of the live support operator?

• Each operator will be given different designated times to be online, this way we can effectively keep the live
  support 24/7 - if by any chance you can not make it to work that day, we must be let known a day before to fill you in.
• Effectively and kindly buy and sell CSGO merchandise to the best of your ability (will have a certain procedure for this).
• Support customers with the extensive knowledge you have.

Requirements that live operator must have:

• Patience
• A computer with a consistent internet connection.
• Fluent English - if you do know any other languages please let myself know.
• Ability to multitask - this means serving multiple customers at the same time, not getting confused, frustrated, etc.

Compensation

At this point you're probably wondering about how you will be paid, and this typically comes down to you. Unfortunately,
there will be no massive payouts immediately, everything will come with time as this is relatively new. All payouts
to live support agents are based on the number of sales they make, for example if an agent were to make a sale
of $700 and we bought the item for $500, 40% of the profit made will be given to the agent. How do we calculate it? Simple.
700-500*0.4 this is the amount of money you make from the sale, which if you calculate comes to $80. Keep in mind
that you will make a lot more than 1 sale per day as the CSGO market keeps growing, and with time so will Skins Galore.
