Wrongfully banned

Hi. I just recently started coming back to this forum to do some trading after a couple of years of absence. Today I was granted with:

You have been banned for the following reason:
hacked

Date the ban will be lifted: Never

I've not been hacked. I've been in control of the account for the past couple of days and was granted this message this morning. I'd presume this is due to my profile stating that I'm living in Sweden while signing in abroad? I have since my last visits to this site relocated - I'd be happy to provide a moderator with more information, any information, such as old passwords etc., if needed.
