    Can't find a pardon or anything so if he was pardoned and it's just hidden then my apologies.

    He was banned but recently un-banned (still has tag but isn't actually banned) so yeah.

    The one IP match which seems to be a home IP match with all of his previous profiles seems to say it all.

    Activity dates kind of line up and Deveriski/Pureness are confirmed the same person (above pardon link). At first I thought I was incorrect since some of the profiles were created while others were active, but if you look at their posting dates, they didn't become active until, sometimes, years later, usually after another profile of his was banned.

    The ip is from a vpn the ISP provides. Not enough to tie him.
