Why you think they are ban evading (just an IP audit match is NOT ENOUGH!: The user - chris.kane51 is a known scammer, scammed multiple on skype, scammed me yesterday for $30 USD and i've even known him for 4 years, never knew he was a scammer but a quick google search on the username i found out alot.

 

This user is a scammer. Same IP as chris.kane51, a known scammer who also scammed me 107m rs3 yesterday.
