I agree with this. You are born a man or woman. Who cares what you do with your life, but don't claim to be what you are not. It's just stupid.

I like to compare it to race. This shows how truly stupid transgender is. You wouldn't say you are really black if you were born white would you?

Who cares what people "identify" as. You're not going to treat a zebra like a mouse just because it identifies as such.

Sex chromosomes, chromosomal sex, genetic sex, genetic
male, chromosomal male...That's some of what they say you
can't change. XX and XY they say is your true sex and that it
cannot be changed, that it is fixed, immutable
    and unalterable.

But this is not true. What is true is that they may not have tried.

In theory and in practice it is certainly possible to change your sex chromosomes (as they call it). Since there are probably more genes involved in sex determination and differentiation and development than those on the XX and XY, I don't like to refer to them as sex chromosomes or chromosomal sex or genetic sex. But for those who incorrectly state that they cannot be changed, they are incorrect, and here is how to change them.

There are probably trillions of cells in the human body. Although my proposal MAY not change all of
them from XY to XX, it certainly will be able to change
many, and perhaps even the majority from XY to XX.

    1) Take any cell in the body which is XY (a skin cell, a
nerve cell, a blood cell...) and knock out the Y chromosome by either

    A) Tada Takashi method

    http://v3.espacenet.com/publicationDetails/biblio?CC=EP&NR=1842909&KC=&FT=E

    B) Carl Zeiss method

    C) somatic cell hybridization

    2) Using microcell mediated chromosome transfer (MMCT),
take a single X chromosome out of an XY cell and put it into cell(s) obtained from step 1.

    3) Now that you have an XX cell, remove this nucleus.

    4) Put this nucleus into an enucleated oocyte.

    5) Parthenogenically activate this oocyte, so that you have a blastocyst develop which will provide many cloned XX cells and which will also reset the X inactivation status of one of the X chromosomes which is typical of XX cells. Note, since this is parthenogenesis it is not a zygote, and thus does not result in the destruction of human embryos.

    6) Take these re-constituted XX blastocyst cells and
culture them with bone marrow stem cells.

    7) Now that they will differentiate into XX bone marrow stem cells, perform an auto-bone marrow transplant,
which will then create bone marrow that conatains the new
and changed sex chromosomes, so that the bone marrow
will then replenish tissues in the body, with the now XX
chromosomes. Bone marrow transplants have resulted in the recipient having the new chromosome types in not only blood cells, but also tissue cells and so on. (In at least one report, a normal XX woman had a bone marrow transplant from an XY donor and had over 50% of her functional endometrium replenished by the XY male donor, giving it
around a 50/50 chromosome change when measured).

    8) Compatability is made easier in this procedure (as
opposed to typical bone marrow from others) by the auto
bone marrow transplant and the change of the cells in the
lab from XY to XX now gradually replenishes the individuals sex chromosomes with the desired type in accord with the change from XY to XX.
