    at first I'm from germany, sorry for my english skills.

    Explanation of the trade: I wanted to get 1.500 gold (26.03 Euro (€)) for ArcheAge (purchased via archeagemall.com, which is related to okaygoods).

    They didn't deliver after 3 days (they always said that I should wait more and more), I tried to get a refund. But they had excuses like supervisor is
    not here, they don't had paypal passwort (lol), they don't do it.

    After that I opened a conflict via PayPal, then they said I should come back to live chat -> then they tried so scam me because they said I should
    close conflict first, then they do refund...

    You surely know, normal way is to refund, then the case will be closed automatically, because if I close it myself I can't reopen it, even if they don't make a refund so money would be lost.

    Also please notice "hello, may i help you? friend ?" and "Let me check for u,pls wait for a moment" excatly same sentence like in skype with "Julia" (next screenshot).

    They found my order and they told me they refund it within 9 hours, I gave
    nearly 20 hours and they didn't done it yet.

    And best in this case, they still try to scam me because they still try to convince PayPal they delivered their product to me... this is ridiculous.


    One more thing: they've got "reviews" from customers on their own website, but only positive ones... in my opinion there is a reason behind this...
    they check every review before they making it public. If it's a bad one, they don't upload it. I made one over a week ago, then there was a text:
    "they will audit it" after this I knew already, it will be never shown on their website.

    Today I tried to communicate with "Julia", "Clara" oder whatever again. After 10 minutes of nothing she/he answered "our manager didnt work now" ... same thing I heard so much times in live chat and yesterday she/he told me manager will refund me... lol

    So she/he is buying gold from other people and don't have rights for paypal account? I thought it's her/his own business.

    After this she/he asked why they should refund me... (oh my god) and now they ignoring me, no more messages.

    Hello video,

    a fast update:

    PayPal decided this case for me and PayPal refunded my money from Julia.

    At least I got my money back, but also I need to say this wasn't because Julia refunded my money... she tried to convince PayPal that I already got the ordered virtual gold. The evidence from Julia wasn't enough for PayPal.

    You saw everything and you can make your own thoughts. I would ban her... just to safe other people. There are enough other really good gold sellers and buyers which are reliable. But of course it's the decision of you and the staff of Sythe.

    Well that's not good. I have their manager added on skype and I've asked him to explain his side of this. He hasn't responded, I'll give him some more time to do so and if doesn't I will have to resort to other measures

    sorry for the delay to report here, we even not know his report here,
    here we should let all people know the whole situation:
    this buyer set order on 15th of Sept, and disputed on 16th of Sept ,
    we did not deliver but trying best to collect Archeage EU golds ,
    we never told paypal we delivered ,
    and for paypal investigation process, it cost days to let buyer reply,let seller reply ,then paypal make decision,and our service mate normally just arrange the live chat and delivery thing, they do not resolve dispute/reverse/chargeback case, sorry for their wrong words about that ,if customer has problem about that ,pls add manager skype okaygoodscall (be careful imposter,that is username not nickname),i will resolve it instantly ,sorry for any inconvenience.

    If you did not deliver, and the buyer opened a dispute, why not just provide the buyer a refund on Paypal? Just choose to grant the buyer a refund and be done with it. You clearly were unable to provide the service in a timely manner, why not just give the customer their money back and get this done with? What right do you have to argue the dispute from the customer when you have not yet provided the service?

    normally at day time ,when accountant is on office,we can pay all suppliers money ,at night maybe we can not pay btc ,bank transfer ,and service mate do not arrange dispute/reverse/chargeback case as i said ,since the payment got disputed by buyer ,just accountant/manager check the status ,and we tried to get that server supply ,but as you know game golds supply is not stable,and this case was in paypal investigation ,it cost days in it , jus like R2PLEANT said ,we should refund if we have no stock ,normally we can do it after you set order 24hours ,this paypal dispute got it delay ,sorry for this .

    Hello guys,

    thank you again.

    PayPal refunded my money, this is correct. I'm happy with that.

    Of course I only have 2 chat conversation with screenshots as evidence, but there were overall 5 conversations (3 more in their live chat).

    I need to say three things:

    1st: Julia mentioned there was a delay because of the conflict... I can't understand that, you can refund everytime and conflict will be automatically closed, so I can't understand this point. PayPal writes an email to both sides to try to get a solution. They give both sides 7 days time and I tried it with live chat... If they can't solve these things they should give me an address but they never mentioned skype or something like that in their chat.

    Also you can see "Julia" said I will be refunded in 9 hours (skype conversation) and they also didn't do it.


    2nd: She also mentioned during night their accountant is not at office... what is this??? I mean I was 4 times in live chat, sometimes at night and also at afternoon... also why you can't leave your accountant a message like -please refund order id "xxxxx"- ? I also can't understand this point.

    and last but not least... why the "hell" they tried 2 times to convince me to close paypal conflict before they continue conversations... everytime I said I don't close conflict they started to ignore me.


    My case is closed, that's fine. Now it's your decision what you will do with this seller/buyer. There are also other complaints about them (just check uscomplains site in my first post).
