introducing myself

hey everybody,

I like to introduce myself my name is urakhay okay obviously it isn't my real name ,

anyways I'm thinking about trying to sell some osrs accounts soon so I wanted to let everybody know.

second of all I had a few questions I don't know if this is the right place so if not I would appreciate it if someone could move it to the right location

1. obviously since I'm new I don't have any vouches or anything so how do I get those just have good trades and it goes automatically or do I need to do anything extra specific?

2. selling an account how does it work I've heard people say things about a middleman how does that work, like where do I find them and how much do they cost?

First off, I'd like to welcome you to Sythe.


Secondly, allow me to answer your woes:

1) Besides having good trades, you are to create a vouch thread (You should be able to find the 'Vouch' sub-section under 'Market Tools') to store your vouches. Vouches can only be written once you have done a successful trade with the person you are trading with. Send him a link to your vouch thread and he will vouch for you and vice versa.

2) Middlemen are people who as the title states, middleman transactions. This is to ensure the safety of goods between both parties. Middlemen can be found under the section 'Market Tools' in the 'Middleman Forums' sub-section. Depending on the middleman, hiring him/her will be free of charge or a price has to be paid. (Price should be indicated in middleman's thread).

Upon completing successful trades, others will be able to leave their vouch for you. In order for them to do so, you should have a thread created here

Now you already have the right idea of using a middleman to complete your transactions here on Sythe! I personally recommend using an OMM (Official Middleman) but in the case you both don't wanna spend money, there are a nominal amount of free Middlemen. The choice is up to you and whomever you're trading with.

My personal recommendation would be to spend a little on the OMM, they are by far worth it! Now if you would prefer a free one, I would highly suggest using someone that's either a SVU (Sythe verified user) or a user that has donated a high amount.
