Arbsales2 Scammed

I've brought off of Arbsales2 before so I thought he was still legit however today I went and brought 25b off of him and he asked if I could provide more RS7 gold and he would give me a discount so I agreed and offered him 35m RS7 and he said I would be getting 29b iKOV.

So I did the transfer and sent the gold to him and he picked it up from the gold provider.

I then asked GoldKing about him and his said he was banned and I've probabily been scammed.

I've added both the chat from ArcusGold and Skype.
I've also heard his been trying to get unbanned however, unless he gives back me my RS7 gold or iKOV gold don't unban him.
