    ill let a mod decide that if they think a "NEW" account needs proof of things like bank or bans then they can delete the post. the buyer when ready can ask for proof and will be given. ill state again the accounts are FRESH that means no bans 0 ZERO nada nothing and banks are empty your just paying for the stats :)
