If you are responsible for your MSN, make Annex pay it back.

You see if you wanted to help him you really wouldn't have said that. Then you can only prove that I said one thing and he left. There is no proof that a trade actually occurred.

He doesn't have solid proof i scammed him but since i pity him i will actually pay him what i have back since it partially was my fault.

 

We know he didn't scam. We just think since Pen posted that sticky saying you're responsible for your own MSN we think admins, mm, mods, etc, etc, should be responsible as well as all of us.

 

I am going to, only i can't pay him the full amount back. Even if i had 10 mil to pay him back, ITs partially his fault so he has to take a loss for it being partially his fault.

 

Well how about we just make an OFFICIAL rule saying you have to PM the MM on sythe, not just MSN.

No, the person should've had Annex PM him. Simple that way. It's not my fault that someone can do that, what if I'm just going pee?

 

Then, you should have set your status to "NOT MMING"- That's what I have to do when I go afk now, or I simply log off. And he didn't need to have Annex PM him, because it wasn't a rule at the time.

Look, Annex said hed pay back as best as he could, he dosent have the rest, you should say OK case closed. He said that in the 5th post of this thread, why is there still arguing? Annex agreed and said he would take responsibility...

 

Err. I hate to be talking back to an admin, but alot of people don't do that. Most people don't care what their MSN thing really says. But true. This is a case that should still be open and debated, as of ConMan's case.

 

MSN Chat logs, which are screenied count as proof, TEXT logs are not proof.
