I have only 1 vouch but what if I were to give you PayPal balance that has been preloaded onto PayPal so you don't have to worry about a cc chargeback or anything?

Also fully verified and only looking for something small (15M~)

I believe that as soon as you receive PayPal balance, you can move the money where as a credit card will say that it is pending though I'm not 100%.

First of all, I have 2 verified PayPal accounts. One of them has my card details, the other doesn't.

I use the one with my card on it and send money to my other account, along with the fee. The account then has X amount of PayPal blance.

I then send this X amount back to my main account as PayPal balance and moving PayPal balance is free of charge to friends and family.

The way people chargeback money is through their credit card company but because I have changed it into PayPal balance, it doesn't need to clear, otherwise it would appear as pending on my alternative account.

Hopefully someone else sees this and can help me explain. It's what I used to do when trading csgo items with no rep as it is pretty safe

Could I send you the PayPal balance without you making any trade. I guarentee you will be able to move the money instantly to you bank account or whatever. If you still feel nervous at that point, you can just refund me and I'll also accept any fees that may take place in the process?

Sorry but I'll go into my situation a bit further.

I was sick getting of ripped off by the gold sites so I did some digging through google and found scythe!

There was a guy called UnFa!R wanted to quicksell 5M for 1.1/M. After paying more than 1.6/M for weeks I thought I found exactly what I was looking for. I had no vouches, no forum posts and my account was 10 minutes old. But he traded me anyway.

I forgot to add his note to the transacion and asked him to refund me at my expense of any fees. He did that and we made the transaction and I haven't heard from him since.

What I didn't know about this forum is that you need vouches to trade and trades for vouches and I want to buy cheap gold from people but I can't.

The only vouch I have was that one guy who broke the rules and traded a newbie.

If you could be so kind as to be my 2nd vouch for a small 15M (or lower), I would greatly appreciate it.
