Basically, Cryptor hacked someone on TriBot and scammed people using his profile. The real user paid back the victims and the report is only still open because they're awaiting a staff member to remove his negative feedback left by the people he's scammed.

 

Can you screenshot the thread, doesn't appear to me.

 

The report is 3 pages long and most of it's banter between the person filing the report and the real owner of the profile that was hacked, so hopefully this is enough of the relevant part.
