Issue with Skrill

So here I am in a quite awkward position.

I recently got some funds into my Skrill account, and now that I want to send that money I got a little bit of a problem. When I first created the account it seems like I put the wrong birth certificate, so I can't send funds to anyone. So I sent them a ticket about it.

Now the problem is that I can't go to "My Cases" on Skrill, because when I do the whole Skrill.com becomes unavailable for me on all my browsers for about 30 minutes. I don't know why it's bugging out on me, and it's troublesome as I can't see if they have fixed it yet or if they want me to provide further proof of my identification.

It's been just been 24 hours, but I was wondering if anyone has found themselves in a situation like this. I have also sent them 2 emails, none of which they have responded to.

And the thing is... I owe a guy money so I need to get this done ASAP...

Never personally dealt with Skrill, but I've heard of several people who do not use them based on similar issues: accounts getting closed, locked, etc.

Your best bet is to call them on any public phone number that they have, and if there is none, then email them 1-2 times a day until they finally respond. Emailing them once will likely take awhile, likewise emailed them 5+ times a day will annoy them and prolong your issue.

 

The site may be having responsive issues. Wait a few hours and try again. If problems persist, call them up.

 

I just don't know what I will say when emailing them 1-2 times a day, and yeah emailing 5+ times a day would just be silly. I think my messages would get very repetitive. lol

Sites works 100% fine when I'm not going into "My Cases", but whenever I do that for some reason it glitches up for 30 minutes and I can't go anywhere on the site. (I have tested with several browsers aswell).

I might call them up, too bad I live in Sweden and they don't got phone support here so I would have to pay some fee for calling international :c

 

Responsive issues don't always extend as far as the whole site. It can be specific things like viewing your sythe profile, or the members list.
