He is very strict on not selling anything under $100. For the prices he sells at it's a very good deal and waste of his time.

Aside from this jibberish I have personally dealt with samalex with well over $10,000 in skins in the past, he is very trustworthy and very professional with what he does. Low ball posts or posts not following his strict guidelines I will personally report as spam.
Edit:: I always go first to Samalex97 as well as in the csgo community I see him far more trusted and known then myself.

That being said, there is 100's of imposters on steam and very good ones at that. If you are new to steam just double check his profile and that you are talking to the right person.
