Need to get in contact with 2 (or more) users for a payback

Hi. Sorry in advance if this is in the wrong section. I didn't know where else to put it or who to PM about this. I'm a moderator offsite and I'm here seeking your help with helping some scam victims get paid back.

The person who committed the following 2 (or 3) scams,

is sorry for his past actions wishes to pay back the users he scammed in order to return to the community I moderate.

He said he lost the PayPal dispute with the first guy. We're still waiting for solid proof on that one. It's still TBD whether we need to get in contact with him or not. Do you guys know if that is true or not or anything about the aftermath of that dispute?

As for the second one, I can see one of the guys is banned. We have given him the option of donating to a random charity anything he can't give back to the rightful owner. Do you guys know who the guy for $135.00 was? I couldn't find anything about it. He could be lying about it as well. :S

If you know of any more scams he has committed here and not paid back please let me know. These two are the only ones I could find where he didn't pay them back or lose the PayPal dispute.

 

I'd be extremely cautious in unbanning this guy, he has a very long rap sheet and I'm sure he hasn't told you the entire story. In addition to those scams, he also requested an email list for phishing purposes here:

My goal is to get him to refund everyone he has ever scammed. Our forums don't really have a market (Pretty much everyone just uses Bogla or buys/sells private scripts and all the scripters know of him) so I don't think there is much he can do. He will also obviously have a Trade with Caution rank so people are cautious. The amount he owes right now is large and IMO it's worth getting people their money back in exchange for him being allowed back in a basically non-existent market. I wouldn't be going through all this trouble just to let him scam again or to give him a chance at scamming more.
