Looking for someone to teach me how to make a site for a hourly rate

I might be wrong but if you don't have basic knowledge of coding this is just not gonna work. Making a site is not something you learn over a skype call in an afternoon. And i'm pretty sure coders will actually charge u more if they are to teach you how to make a website, rather than just letting the coder make it.
