Looking for YouTube thumbnail & art designer!

I just recently started a YouTube channel and I'm trying to keep up with the more popular channels in terms of video quality and artistic set, while keep original. I'm looking for somebody who can consistently help design thumbnails for my series as a whole, some profile pictures, and some full photos for video callouts and the ending of my videos.
