Temp Banned for no reason

So basically i log in today to find i am banned for a week or something, which honestly isn't even a big deal but its the point of the matter, I was instructed to log out to then post here as unregistered but since i haven't changed my sythe password in 6 months after logging out it asks me to reset my password through my email, maybe it's because i am suspended temporarily that i am not receiving this email? so now i can't even find the original thread the random guy posted about me on.

Basically he says my vouches are not real, let me start by saying every SINGLE vouch i have is 100% REAL. The vouches are customers who found my website on google and then signed up to make a Vouch for me OR people i found through sythe who vouched for me and some are vouches i received from customers i met on ElitePvpers trade forum (Maybe 1 or 2 from ownedcore and epicnpc.

Since i'm not able to change my PW through email i can't even supply you with links and i can't even review it myself but my sythe is *EliteEloBoosts*

When i first started my business i would ask customers to vouch to gain credibility but nowadays nearly all my business is through google to my website, i just want to know why some random person decides to dig through my vouches and say they are fake when he obviously has no idea what he is talking about. Yes not every single vouch is a On-site vouch but since other trade forums use the same vouch system it allows you to add them and they are real....

Anyways if i must stay banned for a week or two (Can't remember exact date because i cant log in) then that's fine, i just needed to say my piece and hopefully the guy who did this will take a moment to think things through before completely hanging someone out to dry, and my vouch thread is deleted, cool....

 

Yeah just list your offsite vouches as offsite, read the rules please, I'll lift your ban and remove the twc
