[WTB] 4/5 Digit Steam - Must have POP, preferably OE + CS:GO Hours

This edit marks the rebirth of this thread, and my interest in a new main Steam Account now that ID 1730 is blacklisted from the last time this thread was open. Due to my scam experience here in Sythe, I'm now only looking to transfer via PayPal and most likely a Middleman.

That said, I'm also now interested in anyone who is the original owner of the account to the extent of still owning the original HL1 box and will pay much extra for it and the shipping to get here.

As said in the above description, I'm optionally looking for an original owner
who still has the original physical HL1 Box that could be shipped with the account. Obviously this would increase the value of the account a fair amount, and the deal would rise with this offering.

Image of original CD Key Required. Additional (more than one) photo is a big plus.

With my past experience with Steam Support, it doesn't seem like this is as required as a photographic proof of purchase. However, it would be an added bonus.

This is very important. The account doesn't need to have fifty thousand games, but Counter-Strike is one of them. [Note: Rank doesn't matter, not looking to pay extra for rank.]

[Preferred] Collector Status
This sale is literally perfect, apart from it not being a four/five digit account. Not only is he selling the physical box and such, but a ton of other added games and rare markings. I'd definitely be interested in paying appropriately for this, what I'm looking for isn't cheap but hard to find.

[Optional] Hours into CS:GO.
This is optional as there are always hour-boosting services, but would be a very nice plus.

[Unnecessary] OG Number Patterns.
Not specifically looking for a 1337 Steam ID, just a four or five digit.
