What kind of mod would you rather be(RS/LoL/Steam market, off topic etc): RS, as I have 10 years of experience playing RS and two years experience in the RS black market.
What are your goals using sythe.org or other forums?: I originally joined Sythe to sell one account. Since then, I've made over 20 successful transactions on Sythe and I've become apart of the community here. My goals would be to continue to grow with the community and people in it. I really enjoy the atmosphere here, and would try to help some of that carry over to other forums.
Why are you interested in being a mod? I've always been interested in helping people. I enjoy helping communities run smoothly and I like to help solve conflict. So because of that, I believe this mod position would be a perfect fit.
Are you interested in earning quick and huge money or you you plan to stay for a while?: I definitely plan on sticking around for quite a while. Like I said, I wish to grow with the community and make lasting relationships along the way.
What kind of mod would you be? How active could you be?: I would be the type of mod who users hopefully feel they could talk to about any issues they're having. I would like to help everyone accomplish their goals, but I also know that sometimes you have to take action. I would have no problem muting/banning someone who has broken the rules.
What is the three most important properties mods should have?: a Accountability is my first one, a mod has to take responsibility for his/her actions, otherwise how can you expect other users to do the same? My second property would be working in a team. I know that I'll be working with other people and I like to hear other points of views even if they disagree with mine, so that I can learn and become a better person. And finally, honesty. I believe that a mod has to be completely honest with the users he is moderating, his team members, and his employer.
