Paypal is the safest way to buy accounts. I only want to buy accounts from the original owner. If you are the original owner you should have no issue recovering the account. So if I charge back the money, you take the account. If you take the account, I charge back the money.

In this case, I want to keep the account, so I will not charge back the money. Therefore we both win.
