Showed up the day after Yaan Li was banned with the same type of shop (Ikov GP), having a decent knowledge of the market despite being a new user.

His location also matches Yaan Li exactly, despite the fact that it may be a mobile IP (he's used mobile IPs before as seen in previous reports on his older profiles.)
