Gf wants to gain some weight, ideas?

Was about to say that. Don't worry about what your eating, just eat like a fucking landwhale. Have something always on your hand to eat. While watching tv or using the pc ur brain acts dumb and you can eat much more than if u just sit for a meal

 

But what to do if she just can't eat more than now? She always said she's not hungry, which prevents us to do anything about it :/

 

Ive heard of some pills that make you hungry. Make her do more sport, thatll make her hungry. And try the tv & pc thing

 

I told my wife to gain weight and she originally flipped, but I told her since she's still growing her breasts will be much bigger .

I'd suggest paying for or providing food if you're worried about her being too skinny.

Well I had the same problem however I am 6ft1 but then I started using protein shakes, I'm putting on weight alot more than before.

Tell her to try full fat/meal replacement shakes and eat her meals on top of it. She'll soon put weight on.

She does nothing, maybe it's the problem, if she would do some sports, she could get hungrier too

Those meal replacement drinks are rubbish.

She wants 1gram of protein per 1lb of bodyweight on average per day, any extra will turn to fat I started drinking 2 protein shakes a day (40gram per) and I see a difference.

 

gaining weight = caloric surplus

On-topic:
It's simple man. Make her eat a lot of smaller meals spread over the day.
Instead of shoving 3-4big meals. Make her eat 6-8 small meals, which in the end will be the same like 3-4 big meals.

For girls, i think it's best to lightly workout, she'll slowly gain muscle, and eat a healthy diet. I wouldn't suggest doing what a man would do to get bulk, because your girlfriend might end up bigger than you lmao
