Nothing is really stable and allows profit, but perhaps you could do some of the steps e.g. fletching your own bows for alching and then profit.

 

it takes time to really profit from alching and if you do its really not worth it imo. You can look up what each item alches to and go through the ge trying slowly buy some of the items you think might work. I found a little profit in rune meds but it took days before I had 100+ and the profit was less then 60 gp per alch.

 

Unless you are willing to spend hour on hours fletching or have a huge bank to buy items like rune meds as 420devon said you will always lose on alching cause everyone is trying to get a profit off high alching

Anything with even a little profit will have a very low GE cap, as people said if you want to go down the alching path the best way would be to make your own alchs like bows.

There is no item in runescape that you can alch for profit sadly

There are a lot of items for alching without loss. You just have to find them, I won't give them to you. And you need some cash.

 

pretty sure you can break even if you string magic longs and alch them

 

Okay here is a tip that none will give but it'll crash the prices listen carefully guys , buy snakeskin from g.e for 18gp ea and craft them and make snakeskin chaps you'll need 12 snakeskin for that so that makes 216 gp ea , and then alch them nature runes are now 230 so makes u total of 446gp and once you alch them you'll get 705 gp so makes you 259 coins PROFIT! , thats the tip that i can give to sythe enjoy crashing snakeskin's
