I'm looking to start a new account and I don't really have the time to train anymore so was looking to pay someone to get me the below stats, I don't mind if you bot but a cooling period of a week will be set before you're paid. I would prefer this to be hand done and you can do quests for experience as long as no defence exp or attack exp is gained. I will reimburse you in full for all of the materials used and for the cost of the membership bond if you pay for one but this can be discussed based on your reputation.

1-70 str or 1-80 str with 1 attack
