To sum up what happens in the emails: I contacted them notifying them that I was the account that got banned and I was looking for a compensation. I agreed to a fresh already done level 30 but then received an email a couple days later telling me that they would be delaying (again) the release of new accounts. I then ask for a refund in 07GP and he refuses saying it's not possible at the point in time. I then ask when he would be able to get me an account back and I received no response. And just recently, I emailed again to see if the provider would respond.
