    Selling Level 31 Pure w/ Fire Cape (No Joke)
    This is the 2nd LOWEST Combat Level with a Fire Cape on OSRS. Record holder is at level 30 just 1 cb level away. This is not possible to get anymore after the spawn update a few weeks ago on the caves. Now you can't predict the spawns and this makes it extremely difficult for low level pures. Because of this people are spending 150m+ on 1 pray capes. Went in the caves at 20 Range 43 Pray, 17 Mage and had to poison/mage to save range exp. Whole thing took about 10 hours to complete. Walked out with 29 hp, 39 Range, and 36 Mage.

    The account basically speaks for itself and even has a unique catchy name to go with it. Oh, and all the quests and requirements for Monkey Madness are already finished. Fair warning, you will be followed and asked tons of questions about the cape. I can't go to world 2 without it looking like I'm hosting a drop party lol.
