Out of curiosity, how does job 2 work? Are you expecting them to be on stand by basically the whole week? Or would you ask them X hours in advance if they'd be able to do it, if so, how many hours in advance would be the minimum?

 

Mostly you would know the day upfront. If that is not the case i would ask you if u can do a shift like 5 hours upfront atleast. If i see you online and someone has to go urgently it could be that i ask you if u can do some time right there on the spot. Obviously i can't expect you to jump on everytime i ask you to. But it has to be within limits aswell. It cant be that you're only able to do some live chat once every 20 times i ask you ofcourse.
