    Just adding this here to make everyone aware.

I contacted 42 in game and asked him to add me on skype regarding selling the name 42 to me. http://prntscr.com/8ajwg5 He then added me on skype http://prntscr.com/8ajwik. His skype name 'live:youarebae1' matches the skype of the banned user http://www.sythe.org/members/446524-digletts.html http://prntscr.com/8ajwny.

    EDIT: Glarex also suspects him to be the infamous rsn sniped 'ryan'
